Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend monitoring your payment method for the refund credit. If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, please refer to our "Late or Missing Refunds" section for further assistance.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to reduced refund amounts or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays or may not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid. Gift purchases will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods for gift returns.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the refund transaction. If you've confirmed with your financial institution and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately.

When contacting us about a missing refund, please have your order number, return tracking information, and payment details ready. This will help us investigate the issue more efficiently. We will work with our payment processors and your financial institution to resolve any refund discrepancies as quickly as possible.
